1. Delivery Information

   Shipping: 
   The buyer pays shipping costs which are shown under the cost of each item.
   Orders for delivery within the UK are sent by 1st class mail, and proof of postage is obtained.
   Overseas orders are sent by Air Mail.

   Delivery times:
   Items which are in stock are sent within 5 working days. As customised pieces are made     
   to order, please allow up to 2 weeks for the item to be sent. If you require an item urgently,
   please send us an email and contact details, and we will do our best to make the item sooner.

2. Returns Policy

   If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, it may be returned within 14 days of receipt for 
   a full refund, excluding postage costs. The item must be in its original condition and we 
   regret that, items which are damaged whilst in the buyer's possession, or during transit, are not 
   refundable.   
   If you do have a query about the item and wish to return it, please do email us first.

3. Payment

   UK payments can be made via PayPal or by cheque (with the cheque guarantee number on 
   the reverse). 
   Overseas payments are accepted via PayPal only. Any Customs or Import duties levied once the 
   package reaches the oveseas country will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
